These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p333 ("p333", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at p333.im and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

These Terms apply to all Users of the p333 platform regardless of the device used to access the service, whether desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method of access. Use of the p333 platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

p333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Users are responsible for reviewing the current Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the p333 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform. p333 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the p333 platform is lawful in your location before registering or depositing.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of another person when using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of p333 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order imposed by p333 or any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.

p333 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any User at any time and to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and source of funds. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension and reversal of any pending transactions.

To access betting, casino, or gaming services on p333, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active p333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

All financial transactions on the p333 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
• p333 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. p333 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under 15 minutes for supported PKR channels, though p333 does not guarantee processing times and may require additional verification for certain transactions.
• p333 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Funds in your p333 account do not earn interest. Unclaimed balances in dormant accounts (inactive for 12 consecutive months or more) may be subject to an administrative fee in accordance with the dormant account policy published on the platform.

All bets placed on p333 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the p333 sportsbook interface:

• A bet is accepted only when p333's system has confirmed it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• p333 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet, market, or event at its absolute discretion, including without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical error, manifest error in published odds, or event cancellation, p333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Manifest errors include, without limitation, odds that are clearly incorrect due to system malfunction or human input error.
• Live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data availability. p333 is not responsible for delays in live score data and does not guarantee the continuity of live betting availability on any given match.
• For PSL and other cricket markets, settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. p333 applies Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results for weather-affected matches where applicable.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR balance upon settlement. Settlement timelines depend on the event and are published per-market in the p333 sportsbook.

p333 offers bonuses and promotional incentives subject to the following general conditions, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified individually for each promotion.
• p333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied. If you withdraw real-money funds before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings may be forfeited.
• Each bonus is available once per User, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• p333 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has exploited promotions in bad faith, used multiple accounts, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account or using a third party's account or identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform software; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to fix or manipulate outcomes in casino table games or other games.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or account restriction imposed by p333.
• Using the p333 platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gambling.

All content on the p333 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, and interface design, is the property of p333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any p333 platform content without prior written consent from p333.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p333 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform use.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party data errors beyond p333's reasonable control.
• The accuracy of information provided on third-party sports data feeds used within the platform.

p333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

p333 is committed to responsible gaming. All products and services on the platform are intended for adult entertainment only. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings page.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when a session reaches a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the User.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires such action.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of applicable bonus balances and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any outstanding investigations.

p333 may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the platform's notification system or by email where a verified email address is held on file. Your continued use of the p333 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as applicable to the jurisdiction in which p333 is licenced to operate. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the p333 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan access p333 subject to their own assessment of applicable local law. p333 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Pakistani Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable Pakistani law before accessing the platform.
